Training and instructional materials for delivery drivers were complicated, slow, difficult to access and often out of date; reports were time consuming, distracting and inaccurate.
The approach was to create a custom mobile app to automate some tasks and clearly and concisely explain others via instructional design best practices.

Concepts, ideation, and personas were explored through extensive whiteboard sessions with the client, leading to detailed user flow diagrams.
User testing confirmed some assumptions and suggested critical improvements.
Final art was coordinated to closely support the corporate style guides.
