I have been developing software for a long time. My history of innovation includes developing the world’s first consumer bathymetric (sea floor) visualization software, 3DSea Sport; the world’s first peer to peer file sharing online learning software, iZooloo; and the world’s first 3D broadcast weather software, Triton i7.
I continue to develop software with Museografica, including Sinthius, an integrated Exhibit Management System (EMS), Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool.
I Do Windows…
… and Mac and Linux, too!
In fact, I develop for every major platform, including desktop applications, iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, and web servers. Thanks to years of experience with HTML5/JS/CSS and LiveCode and its antecedents, my projects take significantly less development time. That means lower costs, better ROI, and faster turnaround on new versions.
It also means highly efficient deployment on multiple platforms, to help maximize your investment, increase your markets and market penetration.
But what sets great apps apart from merely good ones is a beautiful, functional, intuitive and simple user experience design and user interface design, aka UX/UI. I have been developing superior and innovative user interfaces for many years, winning awards, and working for the likes of BMW, Disney, Pillsbury, the state of Minnesota, several Canadian governmental ministries, Televisa, and more.
Design, in its broadest sense, is the enabler of the digital era—it’s a process that creates order out of chaos, that renders technology usable to business. Design means being good, not just looking good. —Clement Mok
